The following sets the rules of the game between you and YourMe. By using the platform, you accept these terms. We tried to write them clearly — because you deserve to understand what you are committing to.

Terms of Service

YourMe is available to anyone aged 18 and over. By using the platform, you accept these terms. You are responsible for your account and for what happens on it. We reserve the right to suspend any account that does not comply with these rules — but we would prefer never to have to do so.

Privacy Policy

Your data is entrusted to us — not handed over. We collect what we need to make your Me work: your name, your email, your voice recordings, and your content. We do not sell anything to anyone. Everything is stored securely on European servers, and you can request the complete deletion of your data at any time, without conditions. You also have a right to rectification: if your Me says something you want to correct, you can update your profile at any time.

Data & AI Usage

What you share with YourMe is used only to build your Me — and nothing else. Your data is not used to train general-purpose models, not shared with other users, and not monetized without your consent. You remain the owner of your content. You can export or delete it at any time from your account.

Cookie Policy

We use cookies that are essential to YourMe's operation, and optional analytics cookies to understand how to improve the experience. You stay in control: manage your preferences in your browser settings.

Limitation of Liability for AI-Generated Content

Your Me is built from the information you choose to share. In some cases, when a question goes beyond your personal information base, your Me may generate answers using its own intelligence. These answers have not been individually validated by you. YourMe strives to ensure their relevance, but cannot be held responsible for possible inaccuracies or errors in these answers. Any problematic content can be reported to legal@yourme.ai.

Me and Transmission After Death

Your Me belongs to you. In the event of death, your heirs may request the suspension or deletion of your Me by contacting legal@yourme.ai, subject to proof of their status. Unless contrary instructions are provided within 1 year following your death, your Me will be archived and made inaccessible. The terms for transmitting your Me to your loved ones can be specified in your account settings.
